History and Philosophy

ESAN Group began work as a residential homebuilder in 2014. Over the years, the team has undertaken challenging projects, and has accumulated skills, knowledge and experience in design and building solutions, project management services, building trades and general construction work.

Today, ESAN Group takes on the role of general contractor for new single family residential homes and medium to large renovation projects and performs project management services to coordinate specialized trade groups for Residential & Commercial projects. We also provide design inputs as value added services to our clients.

Our objective is to provide our clients with a positive experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear and timely communication, and execution of all of our processes ensure that our client’s objectives are always our top priority.

Our Management Team

Our business is driven by more than 20 years of work experience in the building industry. The Management Team is involved in business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company. The team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work, updates policies and procedures and communicates effectively in order to always improve client relationships and provide an outstanding product.
